Reason why I say this, is I ordered my Nintendo Switch and free sd card online, before going to chat support and switching it to store pickup instead. Personally, I would do the store pickup option. That way, I just walk in to pickup and get them both without having to worry if the store has per se a nintendo switch and the sd card is out of stock.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I bought my switch I never got the microsdxc with it for free. There's a Samsung 860 EVO MicroSDXC that is 128gb that bestbuy is selling for 32.99 dollars, down from 59.99 (at the time I post this.) I have the 64gb version which I bought for my android phone but it was a waste for my phone cause it wasn't using it. I put it into my switch and it works perfectly fine if store rep tells you only the Sandisk MicroSDXC with the switch logo are the only ones compatible with the system they don't know what they are talking about. Nintendo has the specs on their site on an FAQ which is the following. The Samsung 860 EVO fits these specs and is 100% compatible. High-speed microSD card guidelines: UHS-I (Ultra High Speed Phase I) compatible Transfer speed 60 - 95 MB/sec (the higher the transfer speed, the better gameplay experience on Nintendo Switch) I hope this information helps you out.
