• Only if you decided to download your games digitally or plan to play an online game, and a select few games require an additional download to be playable.

• You only need Internet and or Wifi to use certain features on the Nintendo Switch Lite such as the Nintendo E-Store or Online Multiplayer. If you purchase a game that does not require internet, you will be able to play with no issues.
