• Not sure. I know me and my son had to buy 2 copies of Mario cart so we can play online when I'm away for work. But thier is something call local play that you might both play together if on same wifi but that's just a guess.

• Each game must be purchased for each account. You can however play the freely provided NES and SNES games included with Switch Online. This is for you to save on the Switch Online subscription that would be $20 per account otherwise.
