I’d contact Nintendo directly and see what they can do. Best Buy probably can’t do anything.

You can try taking it back to Best Buy and explain what happened , maybe they'll switch it out , it's worth a try . You can always try calling the # on the card and see what happens.

I would contact bestbuy and let them know the situation. They should be reasonable since you purchased an item with defects.
