• The console comes with 32GB built in memory. There is an SD card slot to expand memory. So to answer your question..... No, you will not lose the game.

• Mario Kart 8 will be tied to your My Nintendo account. All games on your My Nintendo account can be redownloaded as many times as you need on any Switch that you are logged into.

• No you won't, because the digital purchase is under your Nintendo account. However, if you switch the SD card, you will have to reinstall the game under the new card.

• They're the same; the only "difference" is that this one has Mario Kart built in (the game is downloaded, not a physical copy,) so there's slightly less memory remaining.
