Does the scooter have front and rear brakes? null

There is only one brake handle and it's for a mechanical brake but in the app you have the option to set the electric brake from zero to 100%

It has front drum brake and rear regenerative brake via the motor (if enabled in the app) .

Nope, So braking is fine just use acceleration brake along with front brake to stop it quicker.
