Questionis this weatherproof, can I ride in rain

- Answer It is not recommended to ride in the rain as the instructions read. but I own one and I have ridden it in very light rain and sometimes through small puddles of water, I don't like doing this I only done it in needed moments. It didn't harm my scooter at all, but I still would not recommend doing it if you don't have to.

QuestionThe tire seems to be loosing air. Do I just use a bike pump? Or do I need to replace the tire? It is less than a year old.

- Answer If it's losing air get some green slime or other tire sealent remove the pin dump some in air back up.

QuestionWhere is the best place to place a lock on this scooter for when you're running errands and such? I'm not seeing any splits/cut outs in the frame from the pictures besides on the tire rims which doesn't seem the most secure area to place a lock.

- Answer I have a cable lock wrapped around the post to the handlebars keep it tight and lock around something. No way of stealing it without cutting butbif they really want it they'll get it.

- Answer Ohh my God. that is a big problem and Sorry for that. But dont rely on the apps you need buy a lock for your scooter to make secure so you don't to worry next time.

- Answer Given a person like myself weights less than 150lbs, outdoor temperature higher than 50F, the scooter is able to complete a roundtrip(2*6miles) with 32% battery life balance at the end of the trip. So generally you are good to go with it.

- Answer The KQi3 Pro does not have shock absorbers, however the scooter overall was designed with rider comfort in mind - with an extra solid build, thick 9.5" tires, wide handlebars and deck.

- Answer Yes, when the scooter is charging you'll see a green light on the charger itself. Once the battery is fully charged, the light will change to red indicating that the battery is full and no longer charging. Our battery also includes a Battery Management System (BMS) that includes 14 types of protection, including protection again high temperatures and low temperatures. Further safety features include dual disc brakes (front and rear), rear tail light, powerful halo light for day or night riding, and IP45 water resistance. The scooter itself is also made from aerospace grade aluminium. We hope that answers your question!
