- Answer Nixplay frames come in a variety sizes and color variations. This particular model has metal finish. Not all Nixplay products might be available in all sales channels. You can refer to Nixplay website for more information.

- Answer Yes. You will have to download the Nixplay app. You can give others access too, then they can also send photos to the frame.

- Answer Hi - thanks for asking. If you mean a SanDisk device like an SD Card, or USB Drive, then no, you cannot insert them into the frame as there are no ports. However, you can load all your content from your Sandisk by sticking the drive into your computer and uploading them onto the Nixplay.com cloud.

- Answer 9.7 inches diagonal (same method to measure TV's). 4:3 ratio. 2048 x 1536 pixels which is actually higher than 2K!

- Answer With the Nixplay Standard package, you get 10 GB (or about 2000 photos) of storage for free. These photos and videos can be shared between up to five different Nixplay frames.

- Answer In general, MP4 file format encoded using H264 or H265 is supported. Other device models may also support MOV video file format. Videos are transcoded up to 720p, 30 FPS and Mpeg4 video Codec before they are uploaded to Nixplay Cloud.

- Answer Yes, you can create Playlists that will display on the frame, just like a slideshow. Also, you can upload short video clips with sound, from the Nixplay mobile app.
