It seems due to the pandemic that they're having delays in getting the collector's edition out. This was posted on their social a while back... “Due to the current global challenges, we have experienced a slight delay in getting Collector’s Edition pre-orders live on retailer websites. We are working hard to get them live as soon as possible, and we’ll keep you updated as soon we have more information.” Personally, I'd keep refreshing the page daily to see if there's a change in status.
