“The description says the phone is universally unlocked and works with all major carriers including Verizon, At&t, etc., But in the other questions asked you said it is only GSM compatible. Am I missing something?”

• Hi there, Thanks for your question. This is a GSM device. It is not compatible with Verizon, Sprint, or other carriers that run on CDMA.

• The description does not state it is universally compatible. This device will work on AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket, Metro PCS, Mint, Ting, TRACFONE, Net10, Simple Mobile, H2O Wireless and many other carriers. It will not work on the Verizon network.
