• I am trying to return it (bought directly from Nokia), I have tried chatting , sending an email , no answer back, they DONT HAVE A RETURN procedure apparently. Do not buy any Nokia phones if youre %100 sure what youre doing.

• This phone is crap. Be sure to read the fine print if you buy . Because if you return it they want $45 restocking fee. An the saleman lied to me he told me all I had to do was put the sim card in to work will i did that an still doesnt work.
