• Hi there! You can use any carrier that supports the following bands: GSM: 850/900/1800/1900 WCDMA: Band 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 LTE: Band 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, 17, 28, 38 Hope this helps!

• If European Union Cell network is a GSM service, it will work. Check to make sure EUC network is GSM. Most networks in Europe are GSM.
