No it does not. Although the Android 12 OS has Automatic Streaming to Hearing Aids (ASHA), Nokia has not enabled enabled this feature in their version of the Android 12 OS. Users have complained about this for the last two years in Nokia's XR20 community forum with no response from Nokia. If you wear hearing aids, then do NOT buy a Nokia.
