A:Answer I haven't tried but did notice that when placing my watch on the charger, the weight of the watch band will cause it to rotate so that the watch band is at the 12 and 6 o'clock position. As for charging, it will charge the original, Series 1, and Series 2 as nothing has changed in regards to power requirements or how it works. An original charger will charge any of the Apple Watches as will a Series 2 charger.
