Q: QuestionHow does the two way communication work. If person wearing the device pushes the button, is that like a walk or talkie? Press to talk, then release to listen? Or is it one touch then a true two way connection exists with the other end?

• A:Answer Great question! When someone presses the panic button, the call connects through the hub and allows a true two-way conversation just like a phone call. You don’t need to hold the button down. Once connected, both people can talk and listen freely. The caregiver can also connect and call anytime using the Nomo app.
