You can pay to get this machine set up. However, the assembly/setup is not cheap. I would recommend to get it set up profressionally if you can afford it.

Yes I was able to add on installation during checkout and schedule the delivery day. It was third party installers but they were nice and did a good job. I used this process for both our elliptical and for a treadmill from Best Buy last year. Both installs were positive.

Yes for a fee. I believe it was around $300 but you would need to confirm that online. A friend and I setup my machine. You definitely need two people. If you have the patience and time it can be accomplished.
