QuestionWhy is this model not on NordicTrack website? Is this item discontinued? Will there be manufacturer warranty or support for this?

- Answer Nick Good question! When a certain model no longer is being manufactured by NordicTrack, the models already manufactured are still sold through retailers like BestBuy. Warranties and support are still continually in place for all NordicTrack purchases. We keep replacement parts on hand for approximately 5 years after a model is discontinued, and sometimes more. QuestionIs ifit free??! I finally got my machine put together. When linking to ifit I had to enter my card info and says I have to pay additional for any scenery workouts. Upgrade to premium. I have never had gym home equip. I am just learning to use this.

- Answer RodeoDeb Your equipment comes with a free subscription trial period promotion. This means you can log into your membership and use the full iFIT library for the duration of your trial period with no charge to you. At the end of the trial period, you can either choose to continue and pay for your subscription or cancel. The credit card information can be entered at the time of your registration or later on. It is not required to enter your credit card information for the free trial. It is an option to enter it in order to continue seamlessly into your subscription once the trial ends. Currently, there are three options: Yearly Family Plans are $396/year, Monthly Family plans are $39/month and Yearly individual plans are $180/year. $15 per month for individual monthly plans. - Answer BestBuyCustomer If you purchase a NordicTrack treadmill with an included iFIT membership trial, the trial period will start the day you add the promo code into your iFIT account to activate your membership. The membership will then commence for the duration of the trial period. Your treadmill can be used without membership activation, as you can access onboarding workouts and manual settings without iFIT membership. The promo code you receive would remain without expiration until you enter it and activate your membership. Thanks -NordicTrack

- Answer No, you can use the machine without a subscription, but you may as well use the free year that's included. Just remember to cancel if you don't think it's worth it for you. I'll admit that it's quite pricey.
