Does this come with preprogrammed workouts? null

it comes with a full year free of Ifit workouts, which are endless!! I've had this machine for two weeks and absolutely love it. You can pick what type of work out you want, whether it's strength training, weight loss, endurance, etc. The workouts also show you the intensity of the workout.
