“Is the manual mode truly manual or is it manual after you sign up for IFit but use the manual IFit mode? In other words do I have to connect IN ANY WAY to iFit before I can use this machine?”

You do not have to have iFIT to use this machine. Works fine in manual mode.

We used ours for more than a month before signing on to our free iFIT. Haven’t decided yet whether we’ll keep iFIT once the free prescription runs out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure. I do use the manual mode if I dont want to follow a IFIT program. I'm thinking you dont need IFIT because it's a paid subscription. It came with 1 year free. It wont make sense if you cancel your subscription and you wont be able to use the elliptical. I'm canceling mine when the free subcription ends..

However, a membership is not required during activation and after the one-time activation, you can access the machine in manual mode. For more information, email [email protected].
