- Answer This machine doesn’t have a bookshelf. You could rest a book on the screen, but would still have to hold it somehow or it would slide off.

QuestionIs this possible to use without setting up the iFit? I do not want a membership.

- Answer Yes, it's possible. It has a manual mode and some preloaded things. Once you try the iFit, you are going to like it. I didn't plan to pay for it either, but now that I'm using it, I'm going to pay for the single-member program, when the free membership ends.

QuestionWhat type of batteries are required? Is the screen 110v?

- Answer Paul This elliptical model has a plug-in power cord provided and does not take batteries. Instructions on page 16 in the user manual indicate the appropriate power cord/outlet. QuestionI seen some 14.9 Models without the Bluetooth button. The picture shows it but customer pictures do not show it. Does this model come with the audio sync to link my audio from my phone like my previous models.

- Answer This has bluetooth. I tried to connect AirPods with it and I was able to connect. I have not tried to connect my phone or listen music from my phone.

QuestionDo you have to unplug the unit to turn off power? The ifit seems to stay on when I get off.

- Answer MaryA Thanks for the question. As indicated in the user manual (page 22) when you are finished exercising, press the power switch to the off position and unplug the power cord.
