You can still use the treadmill, the workouts will be disabled so you can only use the manual functions

I saw on the webpage there are about 30 to 40 preloaded workouts. can you tell me what kindof workouts they are ? I tried treadmill at the local store but the manual mode is pretty much useless because you adjust everything.
