- Answer I haven't found a limit. I run on -2 decline with a pace between 6.7 and 7.3.

- Answer Mine stays on as it remains plugged to power. I guess you might want to unplug it so that the screen can go off. It's a great product so far. I have had it for a little over 3 months. Hope this helps

- Answer Hello This treadmill gets taller when you fold it upright. When folded, the overall measurement is 75 inches high, 35.35 inches wide, and 39.25 inches deep. We’d recommend a minimum ceiling height of 80 inches. As the standard ceiling height today is about 9 feet (108 inches) your ceiling should be high enough if standard. However, even an 8-ft (96 in) ceiling would be high enough to fit your treadmill. Thanks -NordicTrack
