“Does this treadmill have any preprogrammed workouts?”

• The Nordictrack Elite 800 treadmill provides access to a large library of iFIT workouts, but you have to download the iFIT app to a smart device and then connect the smart device to the treadmill console. The treadmill comes with the connection cable. I haven't tried that option yet. I just manually increase/decrease the speed and incline when I want to vary my workout.
