• it has a shelf for a tablet. No smart integration. If you want to stop the run. Press the stop button. It will hold results for 1 minute and you can pick the run back up again. Otherwise you will need to start over.

• When you hit ‘stop’ it’ll pause for about 30-45 seconds. Anything longer than that and it’ll start a ‘new’ workout. There isn’t anything built that is designated to hold your tablet but you could totally use the actual console (where you select speed/incline) as a tablet holder.
