Hi There This mat would protect the floor under any NordicTrack equipment, including a Rower. However, please attend to the measurements as you select a mat size for your equipment. Many NordicTrack Rowers can have a footprint of 22 inches wide by 87 inches long. This mat measures 36 inches wide by 78 inches long. It may be too short for some equipment.
