• You would only be able to do a portion of the exercises that the machine is capable of and that are parts of the iFit programs. You would also need a bench or something to sit on to go with it. While the unit is awesome and provides very dynamic and challenging workouts, I would say that given your stated limitations it would probably be better to look at other options. If you do go with this unit, inspect it carefully for damage when it is delivered. I followed NordicTrack's labeling recommendation to work with them on damaged parts and tried to get two parts replaced through them, instead of returning it to the store...It hasn't been a great experience.

• The videos instructor sometimes provides alternate workouts. You can use with a bench or chair no doubt.
