Lori We recommend two people work together to put together this rower. Visit BILT (a free app) and look up the NordicTrack RW500 to view all steps for assembly in 3D. This rower should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Email [email protected] for further information. Thanks - NordicTrack
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say that if you're fairly handy, it's low level of difficulty. I assembled it by myself and it probably took me about 20 minutes. It's probably best to have someone help you as some parts are heavy and it will also be easier to have one person holding a part while the other person secures the screws. Pay attention to which screws are used/specified in the instructions as some look very similar to one another. Try your best to avoid pinching any wiring. I was glad I didn't pay extra to have someone assemble this for me.
