“Does this machine have auto tension or do you have to manually adjust? I did read that in the app it does auto adjust with the workout but is that only if you have the membership and use the app?”

Jeanne Great question! Our RW500 Rower allows you to change the resistance of your unit with a touch of a button. This machine features onboard workouts that will automatically change the resistance of the rower as you are going throughout the workout. An iFIT membership is not required to use this feature.
