Q: QuestionDoes Avanquest have any additional software installed in this version of NordVPN versus the NordVPN you can purchase online from the NordVPN home website? If so, what additional software has Avanquest installed?

• A:Answer While I appreciate the insight, the answer provided did not answer the question about the differences in software. I’m not worried about customer support at this point, but I am concerned that Avanquest might have additional software installed in their versions since they are based in France, while NordVPN is based in Panama.

• A:Answer First-generation Firesticks are not supported. They will allow the NordVPN application to connect, but as soon as the application is closed, the VPN will be disconnected. Basic and Second generation Firesticks will only be able to download NordVPN version 4.12.7 from the Amazon App Store. Will I be able to put this VPN on my Chromebook? If your Chromebook supports Android apps, you use the Android version of NordVPN. If not, we do have a browser extension that will work on Chromebook as well.

• A:Answer I didn’t want to do the flashing of my router route but because I planned on using this while overseas on a vacation I used my laptops hotspot feature with the nordvpn enabled and it worked on my other devices. I had an iPhone, Androids, and also firesticks/rokus working fine. Yes I also have the nordvpn installed on the iOS and android devices.
