Before the day you are due to be charged, all you need to do is to: Contact us @: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/help-center OR Sign in to your account and then: Click on "My Account". Select "My Subscriptions" from the dropdown. Click "Cancel Subscription Renewal" or "Manage Renewal" located below the subscription you want to cancel the renewal. Next to "Plan Renewal", click "Unsubscribe". Select a reason according to your scenario and click Next. You are provided various options and offers to continue with your subscription. If you still want to go ahead and cancel, click No thanks, cancel my subscription, and then click Next. The confirmation message is displayed. Please allow up to 24 hours for this change to appear in your account. Hope this helps - DWN
