It comes pretty much assembled, it's just a matter of plugging in the popper and placing it in its cradle, then just screw in the handle. Two minutes tops.

The popping chamber, handle/crank, etc will need installed to the main unit, but it's a pretty minor amount of assembly. Also, there is a small amount of shipping/packing materials that need removed from the assembly.
