Hello BGN2, Thanks for your very important question for those with latex sensitivity or allergies. We offer two types of tips in the package with the silicone medium size pre-installed on each IQbuds 2 MAX ear bud. The silicone tips are just that, no latex. We also include a set of small, medium and large tips made by Comply(TM) which are the Comply 160 version made from polyurethane foam, thermoplastic elastomer (all RoHS compliant). The Comply foam ear tips do not contain latex.
