- A:Answer Hello Ric, Thank you for your question. The IQbuds 2 MAX isn't a hearing aid, it is a personal sound amplifier. As such, it is not a CROS hearing aid and doesn't have that type of functionality. If you are diagnosed with a unilateral hearing loss, it is best to seek the help of a hearing care professional to assist with your hearing loss needs. If you haven't been diagnosed with hearing loss and have the feeling you have a hearing loss in only one ear, then if you are shopping for a hearing aid the FDA recommends when to see a doctor as follows: WARNING: When to See a Doctor If you have any of the problems listed below, please see a doctor, preferably an ear-nose-throat doctor (an ENT). • Your ear has a birth defect or an unusual shape. Your ear was injured or deformed in an accident • You saw blood, pus, or fluid coming out of your ear in the past 6 months • Your ear feels painful or uncomfortable • You have a lot of ear wax, or you think something could be in your ear • You get really dizzy or have a feeling of spinning or swaying (called vertigo) • Your hearing changed suddenly in the past 6 months • Your hearing changes: it gets worse then gets better again • You have worse hearing in one ear • You hear ringing or buzzing in only one ear

Q: QuestionWhy didn’t you guys put in a location on each bug. Mine fell out and we couldn’t find it. If it had a location finder it would help. Especially when you pay over $400.

Q: QuestionIs there a setting where the earbuds will cancel out sudden loud noises, like someone suddenly shouting, or a car hitting its horn, while still being able to hear all of your surroundings?

Because the Nuheara IQbuds 2 MAX are consumer electronics devices considered Personal Sound Amplifications Products (PSAP), the return privilege is up to return policy of the retailer or ecommerce store where the product is purchased. That said, Best Buy has different return priveledges based on their policy for the extended holiday return for purchases made October 18, 2021-January 2, 2022 allowing returns on most items up to January 16, 2022. This will allow you to fully try the product for a period of time to allow you to determine benefit in your daily life or return the product. Moreover, Best Buy has a tiered standard extended return privilege for some customers based on their loyalty programs.
