• I think this is about 1.5 horse power. The blender is 1200 watt, and 1 horse power is about 750 watts. Therefore, 1200/750 = 1.6 horse power. Actually the motor can't convert the electricity into work with 100% efficiency. So the actual output should be around 1.5 HP.

• I believe the motor is rated at 1200 watts (don't know the horse power conversion off hand).

• It is 1300 watts. and fully automatic. You can turn it on and it has a time set sequence that will stop/start on its own.
