• Yes, it should be fine. You need a PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot to take full advantage of this card, and it looks like your motherboard does have that slot.

• Older motherboard but should be fine.Just need to be mindful of power supply (for enough power) and your current CPU is fast enough else it will act act a bottleneck and you won't get the full effect the card offers.
