• 600w should be more than sufficient to run this card. 2070 requires a 6-pin power connector from the PSU.

• I'm running my 2070 with a i7 8700k OC to 4.9 on a 550 80+ gold and have no issues.

• You'll probably be ok, however running lean on gas. I think this graphic card has a max 500W (full throttle) which is quite close to your PSU. Then consider the other components being feed by your PSU.
