• No it doesn't have Kodi installed. I bought mine in-store.

• No. I had to research it and put Kodi on the Shield myself. You can find the Kodi app in the store on the Shield but you will need to set everything else like a build on it yourself. Please look on You Tube how to put a Build on the Kodi app. That should do it. Have fun!
