Kodi is actually on Google play. Exodus is easy to install...just look on youtube. Updates when you first turn it on and thereafter.

Mine didn't come with Kodi installed butt it was on the Google play store so easy to install. Not sure about exodus.

Kodi does not come preinstalled and updates will depend on package installed but most will auto update. You can find instructions on how to get Kodi up and running online/YouTube its super easy to do.

No this isn't a "fully loaded" box. You are going to have to learn how to install the addons and maintain them. This is a great streaming option in most respects but in others like using PIA you will have to side load and it can be in some respects a bit more cumbersome but overall worth the extra money.
