• Depends on what level of membership you have, but typicall two weeks from the date of purchase.

• 1 year manufacture warranty but I recommend getting extended warranty through retailer also

• Through Best Buy you have their exchange/return policy of 14 days so you have that long to get it. After that you would have to see if manufacturers have one
