How many gigs of RAM does it have null

Per the label on the actual box for the Shield TV, it has 3GB of internal ram.

Not so very sure but most likely 2GB.

I own this also and can assure you, the ones answering "16gb" is wrong. This device has 3GB of RAM and 16GB of flash storage. Storage and RAM is NOT the same although many people assume they are. If this device had 16GB of RAM, you would surely pay more than $200 for it.

The NVIDIA SHIELD TV (16 GB) Streaming Media Player has 16GB of flash memory used for the o/s and storage.
