Yes it has to usb slots in the back one for the game Controller and one for example flash usb drive. Best way to do your download videos or anything else is a bigger external harddrive of at least 1TB Remotely connected to your router. That way anything you download from any device that has internet will go directly to your harddrive.but always use a vpn.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.With an app such as ES File Explorer, yes. I'm still feeling my way around with it, but the file system - being Android - is the same as your phone. Plenty of YT vids on hacks and such for the Shield.
