• As long as your GPU can handler VR yes, it has a type c port as well to use your oculus

• It depends on what your cpu and gpu are and this motherboard is a good one but it all comes down to those two Becuae I have a 3070 ti and a Ryzen 9 and I can get really good graphic with no overheating hoped this helped
