No. I have an Artic Freezer II 240 on top.

No, I use a two fan aio foe the top and it works great!

You can use up to a 3 fan for the top, but you could use smaller depending on your CPU's cooling needs. I have a 3-fan aio on top, and I changed the stock two case fans(one front, one rear) that come with the H7 Flow out for a total of four Arctic brand fans(three front, one rear). Quiet, works great!

No, though I would recommend picking up fans to exhaust up and out from the top anyway to maintain good airflow. This case works just as well with a CPU air heatsink and does not require an AIO.
