Hello, thanks for the question! The System does support additional RGB fans. The motherboard will come with multiple RGB headers and fan headers to support this upgrade. As for the kraken swap, we are not able to accomidate that change for you. However, the system already comes with a kraken elite 360, so if you wanted to upgrade those 3x120 mm stock fans to an RGB varient? That will work perfectly!
