- Answer Yes. The chairs come one each to a box. There are two sections to each chair. Assembly is very easy. You simply slide the back down into the base. The chairs have been a joy. They look and feel great, sleek and modern.

- Answer No, these recliners will not recline to a lay flat position. They recline to approximately 135 degrees where lay flat is 180 degrees.
