• You are correct!!!! You don’t need any of that stuff!!! You can select games and go to apps directly on the Occulus or just pick it all on your phone and then it saves over to the occulus. It’s pretty cool

• It's self contained. This is going to play much more basic games than ones you plug into a pc or ps4. You download them from the oculus app.
