Yes, yes and yes. It's like your smart phone, it comes with already loaded games and videos and apps. You can also download apps from the store. You can also upload pictures and videos to Oculus.

I have traveled to many places around the world and of course there are games a plenty. The games are more cell phone style than PC/PS/XBox styled. There are many, many more that I have yet to try/explore. There is a lot of available content. Some free some for purchase but just like cell phone apps the prices are $9.99 or less for almost everything. So far the only prices I have seen higher are packages that include several apps.
