The Oculus Go... hands-down. Here is why: 1. It's portable. 2. It's cheaper. 3. It's simpler. (PS4 isn't exactly what I would call portable. No PS4/TV/PSVR peripherals/VR Games, all you'd need for the Oculus GO is the headset/controller and whatever games or content you have saved on it. Kind of a no-brainer to me when I look at it that way. As for the storage option, I tend to think about the freedom that more space gives for the (relatively) small bump in price here.
