You should receive an email from Best Buy with a code that you redeem on the Oculus sight within 15 days of purchase. If you still haven not gotten the code after 15 days call their service department.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy is responsible to give you a code (5 groups of 5 digit numbers). You enter this in to the setup dialog of Oculus. If Best Buy did not give you this go back to the store and make them understand this. The sales people at the store that I recieved mine from did not understand this, but it was confirmed by Oculus customer service. Oculus cannot give you this number.
