- Answer The Headset comes with one sensor and the the Touch controllers come with one sensor. Extra sensors are 60 bucks.

QuestionI currently have a HP Envy AMD RX 480, I5 core, 8GB RAM CPU, and understand that my graphics card can handle it. However, I just don't know how many HDMI or USB ports I need available in order to use the Rift w/o removing other components...

- Answer You'll need at least 2 USB in addition to the HDMI out. You'll need 3 if you use the touch also. I'm going to experiment with a powered USB hub to see if I can free something up. Right now I only have 4 USB ports to work with.

- Answer You are looking at about 10 feet. The HDMI cable attached to the Headset and the USB cable both come out of the ends to plug into your computer. You need a few usb 3.0 ports. If you need longer than 10 feet, you can buy an HDMI coupler and use another HDMI cable with the Oculus to join the two. ( I use rocketfish brand from best buy.) and you can also order a 3 foot (or greater) USB 3.0 extension cable to give you a solid 13 feet. This is how I was able to get longer than 10 feet (though 10 feet of cable in the package should be enough for most people.)

- Answer You can play any game from the Oculus store as well as most VR games in steam. Some VR games in steam will only be compatible with the htc vive while others with the Oculus rift. There are many many games available.

- Answer Not a button. That is a sensor which detects whether or not you have it on. If the light is orange it means the headset is off. Put the headset on or cover it with something to turn the headset on. If the light is white it means the headset is on. Just put the headset on and jump into the rift.

- Answer Abolutely! There are multiple apps that you can load onto your computer, through the Oculus application, that allow you to watch video. One I particularly like is called "Big Screen" and it allows you to sit in different environments such as a theater or a high rise city apartment with a view and create a screen as big as you want. Quite cool actually.

- Answer You only need one of any of those cards. They may have worded it poorly, but the actual minimum requirement is a GTX 970 OR 1060 (those two NVidia cards are roughly the same speed, but one generation apart, which is why they list both). Same with the AMD cards (480 or 290, not both).

- Answer You need to check your manual for Rise of Flight if it supports Oculus Rift. I've played war thunder on it and it works but induces a lot of motion sickness. Some people can over come it after several times of using it. You have to get used to it to use it in flight simulation games.

- Answer You will find the compatibility information on this link. http://store.steampowered.com/app/266410/iRacing/ Yes it is compatible with Oculus Rift, however it requires you to use your mouse and keyboard to play. Unless you use the partial controller support, which in my opinion would be preferable. Hope this helps.

- Answer You should receive an email from Best Buy with a code that you redeem on the Oculus sight within 15 days of purchase. If you still haven not gotten the code after 15 days call their service department.

- Answer No, the Oculus will not work with XBox kinect - it needs to use a computer to work. She is likely thinking of the PlayStation VR which works with the PS4 console, a different but similar gaming console by Sony instead of Microsoft (XBox).
